Ratings and reviews

App frequently requires you to sign back in even when you are in the middle of checking an order. Not enough drivers to deliver orders quickly so the delivery times get pushed back for hours then eventually to the next day. Chat support is SLOW and non responsive. So glad I was able to try this service for free as a promotion. Would not pay for it.

Literally unusable. As of some time in q1 2025 the app changed from a standard login page to opening a browser to log in through. It asks for the standard email/password, but then has a large white box beneath them. I assumed at first that it was a Captcha block failing to load, but for multiple months and on multiple devices, it does nothing. it is a blank white box that prevents me from using the app at all.

in January 2025 I wrote a review similar and said I'd never use the app again. I didn't. until today as I'm traveling and trying to place an order and surprise surprise. after force stopping, after uninstalling and installing, after connecting and disconnecting from wifi and trying again. it doesn't work. it never works. there's Always a problem that occurs per the little home page notification. it's sad. this company has plummeted and it's obvious.
