Ratings and reviews

Literally unusable. As of some time in q1 2025 the app changed from a standard login page to opening a browser to log in through. It asks for the standard email/password, but then has a large white box beneath them. I assumed at first that it was a Captcha block failing to load, but for multiple months and on multiple devices, it does nothing. it is a blank white box that prevents me from using the app at all.

I was just told I can't be refunded for food that expired July 2024. a year ago!! because it's been over 7 days since I placed the order. I was also missing one item in a deal I had bought. First my delivery was rescheduled for later in the day, then I didn't hear from them in a text until after 9pm saying I wasn't getting my food until the next day. I had contacted the chat that afternoon with no response. I waited on the phone that night for 1hr and didn't get through to anyone. Unreliable.

in January 2025 I wrote a review similar and said I'd never use the app again. I didn't. until today as I'm traveling and trying to place an order and surprise surprise. after force stopping, after uninstalling and installing, after connecting and disconnecting from wifi and trying again. it doesn't work. it never works. there's Always a problem that occurs per the little home page notification. it's sad. this company has plummeted and it's obvious.
