The shopping experience itself is fine. The interface is overwhelming, too many videos and pop up live streams, along with products that are perpetually on sale. There's too much going on. The absolute worst is the ShopeePay verification for minors, I had to go through so many links, I had to search on google for the minor ID verification form. A few days after submitting that, my request got rejected because I needed more documents, why wasn't that in the form nor the webpage initially?

The app is still great and all my only issue is their partner for delivery. SPX EXPRESS. Too slow and the drivers are picky. If the are only have one parcel to deliver they will not deliver the order and just return it to the seller. So much inconvenience. I always end up refunding my payment from the seller becase of it. I think I'll be reinstalling LAZADA now. Atleast they have faster shipping.

Some improvement with shopee video. Now the button is present at the bottom when I delete and reinstall the app. The only thing I'm not happy about is the latency. I'm at a live and reviewing some products and when I press back it takes a full minute to respond or not at all. Downgraded after a few days. Latency was messing with my whole phone.
