After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Just doesn't work. The app forces you to log in to top up your bus card, unlike the old version. But it won't allow you to log in because the new password confirmation button is greyed out (although it clearly shows the password meets all the criteria). Waste of time. Pity that we are forced to use this single app which doesn't even work. Hard to understand why they retired the old app which, at least, was working fine.

It doesn't update balance amount promptly. I top up my child's card the day before, next day check still the same amount as previous day not the updated amount. After refresh still the same. Previous ezlink app is better & user friendly. There's so many bad reviews but still the same. Ain't the team gonna do something about it? It's so frustrating can't track my child's balance & transactions coz she uses it to buy her food in school. Current transaction only reflected few days later.
