Personally, this app would be far more useful if it actually offered connection with more skullcandy products. My dime earbuds 'aren't accepted' as a supported device, which to me just seems pointless as they are probably one of the most popular skullcandy products. I'm sure the app is very useful for other products but I don't know as I cannot actually use mine with this platform.

Hi! We are working to improve the Skullcandy App and appreciate consumer feedback. We're looking into supporting other products. There are tech limitations, but we think we're on to something, and hope to share more soon! As we implement updates to the app, we hope you reconsider your review. Thanks for supporting Skullcandy!

The app doesn't even work properly, for me. It's detecting my earbuds, but I can't even do anything, from there; I select my buds when they pop up, but then it asks me what type of buds I have, and anything you select, just takes you back to the beginning; just a waste of time. I was hoping to be able to see the battery life of my case and buds, like the Galaxy Wearable app allows you, but I was just left disappointed.

sound quality is good, very comfortable in ears, and set up is easy. However, sometimes when I'm moving or exercising with the buds in, one or both of them will shut off or get very quiet for a second and go back to normal. It makes music and my tempo less enjoyable and it's very noticeable. The battery runs out a bit quicker than advertised too.
