it's not opening. I keep setting new password and now I upgraded and it's not even opening again it's showing that I should upgrade it and there is no way to upgrade again I don't even understand again

have not been able to log into this app for months now! this is very disappointing, I put in my credentials to sign in, it will redirect me to input my BVN, after which it will ask for my number, upon putting that it will request for my address. after all that stress it will tell me the account already exists. like I didn't know that before š”

Nice App, though,the app requested an upgrade, which I did, and after the upgrade, I was unable to access it again.
