I only have this app for the soccer/football section. The UI is absolutely terrible. I'm doing a first year university unit on UI and it breaks many basic (and I mean really basic!) rules. It's mind boggling that an employed human being designed this app. As an absolute starting point, it takes me 7 clicks and scrolling to watch a 4-5 minute ticket reel of a soccer match. That's completely insane. And then there's the actual highlights. Often miss key moments in a match for other nonsense!

The support app on my TV always shows an error message saying “Oops, something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.” When this happens, the video still plays in the background, but the error screen completely blocks it. You can’t exit, pause, or restart, the TV just freezes on that screen. The only way to fix it is to unplug the power cord. Very frustrating and definitely needs to be fixed.

$504 per year to watch the english premier league compared to $200 with optus sports. pretty disgraceful that they make you buy the standard stan package and then pay extra to add on sports. It's also inferior to optus. constant buffering during live games. The audio doesn't line up its always a couple seconds delayed. Poor highlights packages. Just a really poor service in general.
