whenever an order has a mistake, they try to make it up to you by offering a promo code (rather than a refund). This would be fine if the app wasn't currently bugged, preventing access to those promo codes (I have been experiencing this bug for about a month now). I tried contacting customer service, and all they could tell me is that it's a glitch. No way to fix the issue. No offer to make up for the inaccessible codes. Just a waste of my time and money. 👎

App looks good and has nice options for my campus. The robots do their jobs well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the app in its current state since it gets stuck on a loading screen after opening the app; refreshing the cache doesn't work, force stopping doesn't work, only resetting data and redoing the entire sign-in process makes it work at least once or twice. I'd be using the app much more often if this was fixed. Tl;dr: overall a good app and service, but plagued by infinite loading.

Ordering food is easy, the wait times sometimes suck but that's not the apps fault. Only thing I can't stand is how awful customer service support is. They're always at their max number of people reaching out to them so they almost never answer. I've been reaching out for more than a month trying to get a refund for an incorrect order & I still have not been able to get through.
