This app is very easy to navigate and once you have the hang of it, it is an essential tool for a healthy life style. The mixed food section is a god send and being able to create your own food is also a fab idea. For future updates would like to see more foods added especially low calorie meals, not just items. Maybe a section for recipes too so you can keep them in the app. I have the exercise app and the pedometer so all areas covered!

Silly Girl
Really good - used for approx 2 months and has been great so far. Easy to use and interface is very user friendly and attractive. Seems to be accurate and consistent. Doesn't mess with my other apps or make phone act clunky. App permissions are low too which is why I first chose it, glad I did as it actually works really well too. Just remember to have it running in the background if you want it to step count... it took me several days to remember to keep it on.

I really like this app, and considering its free im pleasantly surprised that its as good as it is, its got a pedometer/stepometer, you can keep check of your water levels,set goals for yourself. It also is good for keeping a check of your weight,and works out BMI. At the end of day or week you can look back at your progress which is shown in easy to read graph's. Im using it to count steps, water,& keep track of BMI im surprised its free & does this much! 👍👍
