I have used this app twice now, and both times I had really long breaks from smoking, I'm not great with routine and enjoy smoking and find it a struggle to stop for my health. I think this app is useful and simple to use, with lots of tips, health information incentives, and a great urge distraction game. I use the daily diary to jot down my thoughts and progress and check in with my goals and triggers. The adverts are really short and they advertise games that can be played as distractions.

This is a brilliant app. I've managed to do something with this that I didn't think possible, go cold turkey. The little health tracker, tips and personalised motivation sections really give me the boost I need. It also tracks how much momey I'm saving, which is helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking to quit.

This app really helped me and my partner stop smoking after trying everything failed. Being able to see how long it's been, what's improved since you stopped and how much money you have saved was a real eye-opener. 100% recommend to anyone you is committed to stopping. After smoking for years we are now a year smoke free and feel amazing for it. If we can do it, so can you!
