The big "update" is failing on all fronts. After the update I tried downloading a new map set. Failed after downloading three regions. When switching map modes (e.g. Satellite or 3D), the display starts flickering and becomes inoperable. And some basic features like 3D navigation are only available in the premium+ subscription (I have lifetime premium, but not premium+). This is rediculous. In Google maps, this feature is a default. Greedy Sygic. Tom Tom is a better option and higher quality!

I've had Sygic including the premium subscription for over a year. I like that you can download the offline maps by country. Also like how it ties into the car stereo. However, almost everytime the app is updated, I experience major functionality issues. Since the last update the reporting button (the main reason why I pay premium fees) disappeared and customer service was completely useless. I'll cancel the subscription and switch back to google maps and a free speed trap app. A Pity

Was a Good navigation solution with purchaseable addons and the option to store map data on a SD card instead of main memory. No longer offline capable, refuses to start without internet connection. App crashes with a helpful "something went wrong" directly at start and when you contact "support" to report this issue, you get the usual copy and paste automated generic textblocks, suggesting re install or any other of the usual superstition rituals which "surprisingly" dont help at all.
