I went into this app for the first time in over a month for a reimbursement, and it forced an update. Once complete, I logged in and I can no longer find a way to request a reimbursement. After much frustration, I found that it's at the very bottom of the screen, but guess what? It's under my phone's home buttons, so I literally cannot click "request reimbursement." Hope this is resolved quickly.

First off, there isn't even any kind of instructions like there was for the old app(which was much simpler anyway). Then, there isn't any app help or support online or in the app. Now for the issues. Every time I open the app it throws the red error up top. I can get around that by signing out and signing back in. But, then when I go to make a reimbursement request, when I try to select a date it says "No service available for this date" and I have to cancel. This has happened without fail even after updates and with any dependent selected. The old app was perfectly simple. This one is completely useless.

No information showing-red banner at the top says something went wrong and to contact them. Call the number and it's a "let's see if you qualify" number. No matter what you push it's a continuous barrage of offers. Come to find out the number is not even associated with TASC. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Very disappointed.
