About this app

Use the TK-Safe or synchronize e-prescriptions with the e-prescription app. With TK-Ident and your TK-GesundheitsID you can now log in to digital health applications even without a health card - conveniently via smartphone, anytime and anywhere.

SECURITY

You can access sensitive health data, such as your TK-Safe electronic patient file, via the TK-Ident app. This data has a particularly high need for protection and therefore also high security requirements. In order to use the app, secure identification is required. Simply use the online identification function of your ID card or your health card with PIN. We also ask you to repeat this identification at regular intervals.

Our security concept for TK-Ident is based on strict legal requirements. In order to be able to offer you a good and safe customer experience, we are constantly developing our concept.

- Unchanged Android operating system, without root or similar.

Ratings and reviews

I received new card with a pin. The pin in the app doesn't work. After 6 unsuccessful attempts app just produces unexpected error screen. That's it. I had to remove all app data from the system (clear cache and data) to get it back to registration. Very complicated process, I believe most people can't handle it.

Does not work with custom roms (by choice, they just blocked them a couple updates ago, might have to switch insurers if this gets too annoying)

Suddenly it stopped working with message that my device is rooted, but it doesn't! Literally nothing is changed in my phone, unless they released new broken version of app with wrong security requirements.
