Booked a video consultation for a 2 hour slot. No appointment was ever confirmed and no notification about this or what I should do next. Not sure if I should bother filling out the form again to try to book another appointment or if the same thing would happen again. Rather inconvenient to spend 2 hours checking my phone for an appointment and then nothing happens. It's also not clear to me if I can use this service to get a repeat prescription.

the service is much better than waiting for hours at the Dr's office! however, there are some issues with the app. you need headphones. it defaults to your phone's non-speakerphone speakers in calls, so it becomes hard to hear who you're talking to. also, I have missed appointments due to the app being buggy

normally it works fine, but today I had trouble with the Video connecting. restarting the app fixed that. otherwise very nice to get a consultation within minutes without having to leave the house
