it was working perfectly but since i logged in tk app now it just doesn't open. app asks to be login with tk app but when i put the log in info. it opens tk app instead of tk-doc. despite many tries and uninstalling nothing is working out.

irrational app design. navigation through the app is hard like every other tk app. app crashed when I wanted to join a consultation call with the doc and now doesn't allow me to request a new consultation. Das App-Design ist irrational. Die Navigation ist, wie bei jeder anderen TK-App, umständlich. Die App stürzte ab, als ich an einem Beratungsgespräch mit dem Arzt teilnehmen wollte, und jetzt kann ich keine neue Beratung mehr anfordern. how many different passwords do I need?

Basically does what it says, but they delegated fulfilling the actual work to the third party teleclinic GmbH Munich. Sadly, during embedding the parts of their app, they didn't notice the terrible UX when combining the concepts (I never tested the original teleclinic app): You should not expect to get support by the third party in time. There are tight deadlines, if something goes wrong. You have to contact teleclinic by mail, because the app actively implements measurements against contact.
