Ratings and reviews

It's great when it works. It typically works Ok once you've purchased your ticket but if you have to buy a ticket... Good luck... It's like rolling an "Obscure error noone at TMB knows about" dice. I've had like 3 different errors I've had to wait over a month for a fix for... I've called support numbers, gone to phisical support locations and done anything you can think of to get this app to work when I need it to, to no avail. It only works when it wants to.

Not user friendly. I have been charged through Google pay instead of the app when i touch in on several occasions. Came up with a message that the app needs an update when i arrived at the station and wouldn't let me open the app untill i updated. I was in the station at the barriers with little Internet connection so unable to travel. Had to buy a separate ticket and arrived late at work. Overal the app has potential, but it's not reliable enough for now.

First, some advice for other users of TMB. You don't have to open the app every time you want to use it in the transport, at least this part is convenient. And if you see an error, especially in the metro, just try one more time, or another turnstile. The review. Was using the app until yesterday. My last recharge was cancelled and refunded, and now it won't let me neither change the ticket, recharge, or even see the usage history. Any operation ends in an error.
