Literally does nothing. I have T10s. They connect easily to the phone and I can use them but the left earbud has audio/connection issues. I was wanting to check if there's a firmware update or something that might help. The app can't see them at all though. I have rebooted the phone factory reset the headphones. Disconnected, forgotten the connection, added them back, etc over and over and nothing works. The app just does nothing at all. It's literally pointless.

Too many times the earbuds won't connect to the phone. I have to put them back in the case, turn off the Bluetooth, take them out, turn on Bluetooth or only take 1 earbud out. Lately the songs play faster. I've used different music apps, the earbuds are 100% charged. I don't understand. Luckily it connects to my tv just fine. 1 star for that

I was unable to connect my T10 earbuds. I didn't like that the registration asks for so much personal info. Since the app didn't work anyway, I requested to delete my account in the settings. Afterwards, I realized the registration page has a skip button. I accessed the app without registering or logging in and it connected to my headphones almost immediately. So if you're having trouble connecting, log out or delete your account. It appears that you can turn off touch controls in the app.
