*Amended from 5 stars* works, just about. I am happy to get ads on a free app, I'm not happy to get 5 second ads every other button press and after watching the ad you get an ad to buy premium and after you close that you have to reconnect to the TV. You load it back up and get a 5 second ad then the premium ad then you can use the remote for two clicks and rinse and repeat. I am certain other apps would be better and not as spammy. If you like 3 button presses every 20 seconds, install the app.

honestly, you should just buy a universal controller. Each time you lock your phone, open another app or close this one, you have to reconnect with you TV again and again, but if that was all I would have at least give the app 3 stars. The reason for the 1 star is that the app is too irresponsive, and most of the time it simply doesn't work. You are better off waiting for the universal controller to pair or contract someone to do it for you that pay 5 dollars a week for this app.

The app functioned properly for two minutes but then encountered issues for the subsequent two hours. It toggled back and forth between the remote function and prompts to purchase a premium package, preventing me from effectively using the remote on the TV.
