Great customer service!! The cameras are the best I've ever used in the woods!! I have seven Reveal cameras and they take excellent pictures... both day and night. The app is easy to use and offers many features! I love getting the videos sent right to my phone... I'm ordering a few more cameras for this deer season. Best way to scout if you can be there full time!

how many paid feature tiers do you want me to sign up for? There is an extra paid tier to take pictures on demand, for hd photos and for color photos at night. I'm already paying for the unlimited photos plan, which I understand why it costs more, more pictures means more cellular data, but why are you charging more to unlock features on the device I already bought!?! Other than this greedy business practice, charging to unlock features, the app is fine. The cell service is great.

App gets stuck on logo load screen ever since the last update. Every 2 or 3 days the app stops working. You have to either "clear data" or reinstall the app to restore it. 2 more days and it's locked up again. No notifications and app won't launch. This has never been a problem before. I can only resolve by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. Doesn't happen on my wife's Note 9.
