I've had a positive experience in terms of ease of transfers.I have used for over a year now. Usually processed within minutes. Only once was a transfer delayed, but it ended up processing after a few hours. I don't know if the rate is competitive. I'd have given it five stars if they'd show the identity of the sender to the receivers. Recipients are indicate that they aren't shown who sends money to them whenever I make a transfer. Please include sender name when you process the transfers.

After a week, the money has still not arrived. The app showed the transfer was successful, but the money never arrived. Support is/was slow and unhelpful. They initially said it would take time, then demanded proof I hadn't received it! Their replies were delayed, and they dismissed my bank statement, it was a whole months statement till that day, and they asked for another one, Still, no money or resolution after multiple attempts. Extremely frustrating and unreliable. Avoid this app!

It is very easy to use the App, and the transfer is relatively fast. How to use the wallet to receive money still proves a difficulty, because the account details to be used for that is nowhere to be found. Moreover, the App don't yet offer an opportunity of making a transfer with other currencies, outside the country of origin, which is somehow a barrier.
