Send money quickly and easily on your mobile:
1. Create a Western Union profile or log in
2. Select the country to send money to
3. Choose how much money to send
4. Select how your receiver will get it (cash pick-up, bank account, or mobile wallet)
5. Choose how to pay (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash at a Western Union agent)
6. Add the receiver's details (e.g. bank account details)
7. Review, confirm, send, and track your money transfer

Quite an absurd experience so far. My user credentials keep being rejected to a point I can no longer counter the number of password ressets I've perfomed. I suppose this is a location and translation script in the app. It defaulted to my language location and everytime I attempt to change to the location where I am, it fails. Total waste of time.

While the apps works it's UI is kind of odd. One thing that is not definitely working for me is paying with my debit card. Everytime I do it, my bank application notifies me that the payment was unsuccessful. I believe is WU's fault as I regularly used the card for online payments without issues. WU should also discount the fee automatically from the total import. I don't know if this intended as a safe-guard mechanism for the user, but if you transfer the wrong amount the transfer is not done.

Absolutely appalling experience, 3 weeks now and I can't get my refund. transferred the money using bank transfer and copy/pasting the reference number provided by the app, apparently one is not suppose to do that and instead use. Separate reference provided through email. It's been over 10 days and repeated phone calls and I can't get my money back. Customer service is utterly useless at providing any helpful advice or an update on the resolution.
