This app keeps Freezing! Been using this app for about 1 month and it seems that the more I use it the worse it gets. I have more freezing and no audio almost as much as it actually works. I use it for Dr appts and it works horrible. It also gets very blurry at times. I need it to work especially when I have Therapy sessions with my doctor. Please get it to work correctly.

Customer support is nonexistent. The support email listed in the Play Store doesn't exist, and their only option for support is an AI chatbot that can't submit a support ticket or connect you to a live support agent. I don't think they even HAVE live support agents. Since the update last week, the app has become literally unusable and this review seems to be the ONLY way to even give them that information. Even before the update that broke it, the app was slow and unresponsive.

The connection reliability is low even with full network bars. If you need to check another app/page you can't make the app smaller to run in the background without it disconnecting. And the video quality is also not great. Google Meet has better audio and video quality. Other than that, it's fine, I guess. 🤷‍♀️
