My expereince with Tickit has been extremely frustrating with inadequate support. I have been unable to redeem my earned cash balance of AED 415.16. They do not have a phone number but only whatsapp & email. I tried to use my virtual Tickit card at Grandiose Grocery (JBR), only to have the transaction declined at checkout, multiple times. While holding up other customers in the checkout line while in the store, even after multiple inconvenient WhatsApps, no resolution was provided.

Very well oriented, simple and cool at the same time. Functionality is tremendous! All of the loyalty programs require you to redeem the points and you can do it upon request however this one gives you a mind blowing option of "Tap as you go" as Apple or Samsung pay. Well done Dubai Holding!!

What such an amazing app is that! The rewards are so satisfying, and it includes a variety of brands, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment places to collect and redeem. Even the global village is part of the places to collect points. 👏👏👏 I suggest this app 👌🏼💯
