Ratings and reviews

The app itself is fine but I had the worst experience ordering food in my train. My food never came and I could nor contact the "restaurant" nor "delivery guy". I try to raise a complaint but all I get is a call the next day if my order was delivered and when I said it wasn't, the guy simply hung up and I got a notification that my order was cancelled. As if I didn't know already. Unreal. Absolutely terrible experience

This is, if not the Best, one of the very Best Train Apps for booking train tickets in India...If they can't get you a reserved berth to your preferred destination, they will anyway suggest an option to get there if you could afford to pay slightly more... I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to travel by Indian Railways !

don't install it's not working very very very very very very very slow 🐌most worst app please don't install this app most worst app was cancelled every time I booked 1.) I got cancelled twice in two trains if any problem then why it showing seats and after why it cancel on its own 2.) and I didn't get my refund for my money also 3.) for booking tatkaal it almost crashed and it won't work.. 4.) it always shows fake trains after booking it will be cancelled on its own
