The app is free to download and use. All fees and exchange rates vary according to market, payment methods and partner costs. Many transfers are free. Exchange rates may fluctuate depending on international currency markets as well as the chosen transfer delivery method. All fees and rates are made clear during the transfer order. TransferGo also makes clear when there are cheaper, faster or free options available.

Ratings and reviews

So far so good! I had no issues with setting up my account, verifying my ID and sending money. It is very convenient; much more convenient than going to any of the well known (or small independent) money transfer companies. It costs me much less, exchange rates are good and money is sent quickly to the recipient's account (same day or next day). What's not to love about this app? I hope it remains this way.

Used it for couple of years, unfortunately recently the level of their services went down the drain. Transfers are extremely delayed without giving any info. Of course while chatting with them (they cancelled their phone line) it's always someone else's fault, system, bank etc. Definitely I won't be using it ever again.

Not the cheapest option is selected first. be very careful when you first time use the app. It is better to wait one day but you will receive more money with better exchange rate. Don't understand why TransferGo preselected not the cheapest option first. Not intuitive UI that lead to overspending. I'm sad due to this.
