After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

i was registering my ez link to the account because the speed my need to top up the card is even more frequent , so I need to check the payment and the history of my payment. but then I couldn't register like my previous EZ link card just because they add the limit, the phone must be NFC , then where is my right to know my payment and check since it is not shown in the platform anymore, means I must buy a phone with NFC just for this simplygo app. really ridiculous.

Selected the wrong amount to top up this morning. Wanted to change but did not have the option to cancel the transaction. There's a message that says "Top up incomplete. Tap to continue." underneath the top up button. So when I clicked on it I had no choice but to complete the current "transaction". With the wrong amount. Luckily I only selected a small amount! Situation did not change even after I logged out then logged in again. Please fix this issue.
