After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Unbelievably inefficient and incredibly backwards in terms of functionality and ease of use. The UI is non-intuitive, e.g. update, delete and adding credit cards. Cannot add new cards from the same bank. Cannot delete auto-top up unless presenting the actual physical card at the MRT station office (who carries physical cards anymore). Cannot change cards for auto-pay, same as above point. To reapply auto top up, need physical card to scan, eventhough card has previously been registered on app.

Selected the wrong amount to top up this morning. Wanted to change but did not have the option to cancel the transaction. There's a message that says "Top up incomplete. Tap to continue." underneath the top up button. So when I clicked on it I had no choice but to complete the current "transaction". With the wrong amount. Luckily I only selected a small amount! Situation did not change even after I logged out then logged in again. Please fix this issue.
