Ratings and reviews

There is variety of products to chose from and I'd say the prices are competitive, BUT misleading. Before you add an item to your cart it usually shows a very low price, that you're supposed to get with some discounts at checkout, but once you add the item, the price changes (usually doubles), and I find it hard to see whether there is additional discount at checkout or not, was I supposed to apply a coupon or is it already applied... Basically it makes me think too hard about buying a t-shirt.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Twice I've tried to return items and they never send anyone to collect. Had to contact customer service several times before I was told they can't take the items back or give me a refund because the courier company tried getting in touch with me and couldnt reach me. Which is absolutely false. Save your money and avlid Trendyol at all cost.

Deleting the app, false advertising and discounts👋When you try to claim your discounts, it doesn't allow you to checkout and if you try to make it from desktop/web version you have different prices 🤦‍♂️ (more expensive than the discount in the app even if you are logged in and have the same items in cart).
