App would be very useful except it requires a credit card for verification. Really? A free app? So reluctantly I tried 2 different credit cards. Both were rejected because they were the wrong "type"! Really (part 2)? A Visa and American Express? I wasn't about to try my 3rd card as it was the main one we were traveling with. Seems like a good way to harvest credit card numbers to me.

Hi Robert, we certainly don’t require any sort of credit card verification. We wonder if this might have been a malicious banner ad. Did you happen to get a screenshot of it by any chance? We will try to track it down and report it to Google.

Ads are horrible. Even though they are skippable, most of the time I use it is when I'm on the train or train platforms, then in the absolute silence, ear ripping audio comes out, and It makes me feel like everyone in the whole train carriage became deaf. Another problem is that when I'm in a rush, and I re open the app all my trips disappear. I know this is only in the premium version but can I atleast have them saved for like 10 minutes? Otherwise a great fast way to see how to go anywhere.
