This was a great idea but there's no room for errors for high stress situations and every little thing that could happen they charge and make money off of it, it needs more improvement, I wish there was a feature or part of insurance to cover when the unknown pops up and you tried your very best only to be charged fees. The car owners car charger was not working properly and I got lost. They still charged and my connection was lost as well. I contacted you from your response.

Rented an SUV which was as described, in good working, clean condition and delivered to the airport where I easily could pick it up and return it also. No issues other than requests for photos to be taken at pickup which was almost impossible due to being nighttime, and after pickup when I had already left the vehicle and was checked in to board my flight. Otherwise, was a great experience. I would rent from this host again!

lots of BS fees roughly a 20 to 30% fee for Toro on top of the prices they advertise in the app. in addition they charged me extra to return it early. It was a $1.25 but can you imagine charging someone early to return a car with less miles. And the only way to return the car early is to pay the fee. absolutely ridiculous stop robbing people with junk fees. It was a nice way to rent a cool car which is the only reason I got more than one star.
