GREAT HEADSET FOR GAMING!!! A bit pricey yeah but worth it. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the mobile app, it won't load up, Screen is stuck on "connecting to headset" maybe the only way to adjust my settings is by connecting my headset to my computer? But that's just doing too much work, my overall rating for the elite pro 2 would be 9/10

Junk. Perfect way to spend a weekend is having to deal with a headset that requires you to use an app that doesn't connect right. Why did I spend so much money on something that just ruins my weekend when all I want to do is play a few hours of games after a long hard week? Time to spend hours+ trying to figure out how to get a refund so I can buy something better. Thanks turtle beach for this.

The best way to get your head to pair is to unpair everything Xbox and phone (if you do have it but app won't work). Next start with pairing the app and then sync with your Xbox. The new version of app sucks too, it doesn't remember if you already have your headset set-up and ask you every single time to pair or connect (just connect you can see it's already paired). Hope this helps. I also noticed that the new version of the app will dim and you have to reconnect every single time šŸ˜–
