THE GOOD: The headset is top notch. if you know what you are doing you can make these insanely loud like being in a concert. I can literally hear you breathing 😤 as far as the quality they are amazingly comfortable. a little heavy but to be expected when you are jam packing wireless receivers microphones etc on your ear. the app works well. I haven't encountered a bug yet. THE BAD: HEAVY - If not connected properly you can encounter Bluetooth and communications errors. I can't put anymore btw

The 700 G1 were the best ones for sound and way more customizable for sound separation. I had 2 sets of G2 and they both broke on the left ear pieces. So I bought the G3 and now I can't get them to update even with both USB connected. The main one connects and disconnects repeatedly. The second one which I had never used won't even connect or power up. So now I can't update anything. Getting sick of the garbage from turtle beach. If they can't resolve this I will no longer be a customer.

I keep having to reconnect my headphones to the app which resets everything I've changed. And its super annoying to call someone and hear find out the mic monitoring is somehow back on when you've turned it off on 5 separate occasions, and yes, i had both dongles connected and have installed the firmware update. Can't say all bad reviews are because of that
