The only reason I didn't give it more stars is because it's supposed to program where the top wheel controls main sound and the bottom wheel controls the mic only. It works,but I can only turn it up the whole way,but I can't go down any lower than a certain level which is too loud. Trying to get ahold of support to try to lower it is like next to impossible and takes forever.

Absolute Garbage. Refused to update my headset firmware unless I had both dongles, plugged into powered USB ports. Apparently the Windows app doesn't have that limitation, but I don't use windows, and there is no Linux driver. Can't speak for the rest of the app functionality, as I am currently incapable of progressing past that point on the phone or desktop. The hardware is solid, but their software has been a categorical failure for me, on all platforms. I will not be a repeat customer.

The 700 G1 were the best ones for sound and way more customizable for sound separation. I had 2 sets of G2 and they both broke on the left ear pieces. So I bought the G3 and now I can't get them to update even with both USB connected. The main one connects and disconnects repeatedly. The second one which I had never used won't even connect or power up. So now I can't update anything. Getting sick of the garbage from turtle beach. If they can't resolve this I will no longer be a customer.
