Absolute Garbage. Refused to update my headset firmware unless I had both dongles, plugged into powered USB ports. Apparently the Windows app doesn't have that limitation, but I don't use windows, and there is no Linux driver. Can't speak for the rest of the app functionality, as I am currently incapable of progressing past that point on the phone or desktop. The hardware is solid, but their software has been a categorical failure for me, on all platforms. I will not be a repeat customer.

I expected a lot less from the headset and the app. The app is a bit slow to make the connection to the headset, but it's juggling 3 connections at a time and that's worth the tiny inconvenience of waiting for the connection. All of the settings are easy to use and find. The sliders can be a bit difficult to grab, but it doesn't take long to sort out.

I purchased the Stealth 700 Gen 3 headset for Xbox, which is also said to be compatible with PC. While everything else works well, I'm unable to control the game and chat volumes individually. The headset features a second volume wheel to prioritize game or chat audio, but this function does not work on PC at all. I've been in touch with Turtle Beach tech support for a week, but they haven't provided a solution yet, and my return deadline is in two days, so I guess I’ll be getting back my $218
