I've been using the app for a couple of years now, and its rarely let me down! I don't need much from an email app - just quick access to my emails, and the ability to do the basics; reply, forward, tag, place things in folders. I've added a few rules here and there, but nothing crazy. It's managed all of this without a hitch. There have been a couple of outages from the provider in the years I have had an account, but it's always been fixed promptly.

Really good email app. straight forward and simple. No confusion. However, I cant login to my app on my laptop and for non paid customers theres no way of contacting support. I have access online but the app on laptop or computer doesnt accept or recognise the login details. If admin can contact me about this please, it would be a great help.

Great email service, great app. Works well, emails sent and delivered without any noticeable delays. Moved from Proton when they started to try to tell me which messages are important, which are newsletters, etc - never been a fan of the so called 'smart inbox' which should be renamed 'dumb inbox'. Tuta gives me what I want, a clean simple interface, allowing me to decide what's important or not. Well done Tuta Team 👍
