Every few months the app will disable biometric login and require entering username and password. If either is incorrect it displays message reset password or call UOB for assistance. Calling UOB on this is useless because phone banking cannot assist with password reset. Why then bother with the message to call??? UOB TMRW. To reset password, don't bother clicking on reset password or calling us. Just go to branch.

I don't like this bank app's design which ask to select payee account first before selection of payer account. Most bank apps let users to pick payer account first, then, only ask user to fill up payee account. Due to this unusual design, I made an error to transfer money from my uob credit card account to my uob savings account when I supposed to pay my uob credit card bill with my uob savings account. With this mistake, I incurred unnecessary interest & advance charges.

Loading takes a bit too long, and it gets even slower by the day(using S24U). Also, i Dont know about the cost to implement samsung pay/apple pay, but UOBPay is just not convenient enough with the loading times. In the times it takes to open UOBPay (including waiting times to login using fingerprint and everything), I would have already been on my way out of the shop by using samsung wallet.
