The Uber Pro Card is a business debit Mastercard and a bank account powered by Branch that is designed exclusively for drivers and couriers who use the Driver app. You can use it to pay for purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Up to 7% cash back on gas with Diamond status: Pay for gas with your Uber Pro Card¹ and get cash back at any station, in any city. The higher your Uber Pro status, the more cash back you can get.² To save even more, use the map on the Uber Pro Card app to find gas stations that participate in Mastercard Easy Savings, a cash back program reserved for small business owners. You can also add your Uber Pro Card to an Upside account.

⁴Backup Balance is only available to Uber Pro Card users with enabled automatic cashouts after every trip. It also requires a minimum of $700 in earnings on the Uber platform in the previous calendar month. Those with Diamond or Platinum status can access $150, those with Gold $100, and those with Blue or Green can access $50.

⁵Branch partners with Allpoint Network to provide access to over 55,000 no-fee ATMs. You may incur a fee by withdrawing funds from an ATM outside this network. Use the ATM Locator within the Uber Pro Card app to ensure that you are using an in-network, no-fee ATM.

They fixed the transfer error. Also before that I would take the $150 rainy day fund to pay for gas. Then when I made a delivery they'd take the money from the trip AND take the money from the $150 (that was on the card). So basically they got services for FREE! They never paid me back! I already emailed you about the error and got an email back basically saying it was fine for you to take both the advance, my trip money, and then reduce the debt.

It's ok if you work for uber and need backups. But there alot of times where they have taken money and never returned back into the account they straight up steel. where it sais pre authorization , pending purchases and or credit refunds may change until clear in app. I calculate all my purchases and funds received at end of night working for uber and what I spend. there are many times where around 20$ disappeared from account. I've deactivated few times. and then all of sudden money reappeared

It won't send me a code, I have an account, I go and put in my phone number, it won't send me the code!! It won't take me to anyone who can help, just automated b.s., it's the only number I have, I have looked on my account and confirmed it is correct. I've gone and made sure they aren't blocked, did the stupid texting troubleshooting, and still nothing. I don't understand but I'm pissed off!! Customer service sucks!
