Sehr gute, sinnvolle und hilfreiche Datenanalysen, man kann jedoch viele Daten nicht korrigieren. Aktivitäten einzutragen hilft der App, bei anderen Parametern muss ich hoffen, dass immer korrekt gemessen und interpretiert wird, was selbst bei der "perfekten App" nie der Fall sein wird. Wenn ich drei Stunden mit Handschuhen bei Hitze arbeite, interpretiert die App dies nachvollziehbar als Fieber. Da ich hier nicht korrigieren kann, sind alle Auswertungen fehlerhaft.

Bin ziemlich zufrieden würde mir jedoch noch mehr Tips und Anwendung wünsche im Sinne eines Coachings auf den Daten

Eigentlich gut, aber er erkennt keine Aktivitäten/Training! Jetzt erkennt der Ring nichts mehr, kein Schlaf, keine Bewegung, nichts! Hatte den Ring eingeschickt, bekam aber keine Unterstützung... Bin echt enttäuscht von dem Produkt.
