I've been using this app without issue for years. Something happened with a recent update that moved all the menu options into my phone's (Pixel 8a) command button area so I can no longer submit tasks, check my profile or rewards, etc. I'd contact support but I can't find a way to do so as there's no technical support option easily visible in the help screen.

Can't login to account, I always get a "something went wrong" error. I've deleted the app and reinstalled dozens of times with no luck. I keep getting emails ever other day about activities available and the only way to stop them is to delete my account. And in order to do that, I have to sign into the viewpoint app!

Update. 6/21/2025: I'm not sure what happened but I have not gotten a single offer in almost 5 years and I always did my best. Kept the review at 5 stars because there's no problems, I just don't think it's fair that everyone I know is able to participate but I'm clearly being excluded from programs on purpose. 11/26/2020: Great app, easy to use
