It's fairly decent but pretty buggy when it comes to messages. It displays as "mentioned you in their story" on Insta when it means they replied to your story. And then it doesn't make that reply visible. So in terms of running a page through this app it's near impossible. I find it hard to believe that the technology isn't available to show something as simple as an Insta story reply, and it makes me wonder if it's a ploy to redirect people back to Insta through sheer frustration.

Update a couple of years later and nothing has changed!!! Cant see messages when it tells me theres one, takes ages to load anything....surely you cant be this inept at managing an app for all these years? What a horrible lay out this new version of the app is. Its ugly and not user friendly. I want to be able to keep the old style please. You didn't need to change the style you needed to change the performance and usability of the page. You've changed the name and made it worse, thats all.

So buggy it makes running a business through it near on impossible. Either no notifications of messages, or you get a notification but it won't open the message. Refreshing, restarting the app, restarting the phone, none of it forces the message through, you just have to wait for it to eventually show. Bug reports result in little action.
