Ratings and reviews

Avoid: way too much spam (with the unsubscribe option never actually ending up unsubscribing anyone); forced journeys through the app; fiddly scanning process. The whole thing is frictionful and stress-inducing. A direct competitor is a tiny bit cheaper and much easier and enjoyable to use, downloaded the app, got my results in one go, and not a single spam email or data farming exercise.

Keeps 'forgetting' me. Created an account then it said I didn't exist after a few months. Asked customer service who eventually told me they would sort it. By this point I had sticks I wanted to use and the weeks were passing so I created a new account. Customer service said it were going to merge the accounts. Never heard back. That was last year. App asked me to login a couple of weeks ago and doesn't recognise my password. Rest password, but doesn't recognise my email. AGAIN!

£5 per strip for the bare results, nothing more. For the price of the strips you need more way, way more advise than the very basics. Things like" If you're dehydrated, try drinking more water" make me feel this is just bit of a scam. Pointless untill this greatly improves for the consumer after sale. Oh, they do have a ask an advisor section but not had a response as of yet. Used for 2 weeks 4 strips a week for ketosis. Reviewed for local publication so I did not buy for myself
