I really like the Express Delivery feature of the app but there were times that when I selected the Express Delivery and, according to the agent, it was processed as a regular delivery instead, which takes considerably longer. This happened to me and some friends. You choose Express Delivery for its convenience but it ends up becoming an inconvenience instead. Fix the app, please.

It is so annoyingly super slow. Most of the products are most of the time unavailable but when you go to store itself they have so many supplies. It seems they want to get rid of online ordering. updating and replying to Joel below. you're app and the services connected to it is useless... you're chat is not replying... it's a long period for issues to be resolved . you're stores deliver incomplete items and do not read the orders thoroughly and miss out items. I always have problems with ur app

The voucher code won't stay in your account when you click the "x" icon even if you didn't get to use the voucher. I tried to use one of the voucher i found in my account and when I was ready to use it, the cashier told me that i need to pull up the member's card first, so naturally i exited the voucher qr code i was gonna use, then when im gonna use it, it was no longer there. there was also a timer in the voucher code, but it was still useless since once you exited, it won't be anywhere.
