BEWARE: I have used this app for years and have always had a decent experience. Today, I showed up for the parking I had booked and the parking operator said they didn’t have any space and that they had told Way to take them off of their platform. Way was AWFUL with after the fact service. First of all, they have ZERO contact info in the app (check your email receipt for it), and they make it VERY difficult to get a refund, using just copy/paste responses. Check Google reviews before you book.

I've used ways for a long time, but since the pandemic has changed. Theres different taxes added. So if it's 49$ for 5 days after u book. It's now 65$. Be very careful. If u have a large vehicle, you will be charged $5, $7, or even $10 extra. It's in the fine prints that most of us don't read. So be aware & read the fine prints on the lot you choose.NYC jfk, the free shuttle is dropping u off at the train. Charging extra for terminal dropoff due to construction.

Unbelievably bad. I found a parking spot using their web site, but it refused to make the reservation because it said my home address was invalid. WHAT?? I downloaded the app to try that, but it couldn't find the same parking lot that it tried to sell me a reservation to five minutes earlier! I tried to search for nearby lots, but it demanded to know which event I was attending, and I had to choose from a list of events four months in the future! Garbage company and a garbage app. ZERO STARS!!
