Each time you log a weight or rep, you see where it ranks among athletes with similar age, weight, and experience. You can compare yourself against a global community or narrow the field to nearby lifters and friends. This approach keeps you motivated, pushing you to beat not only your personal bests but also the best in your region or around the world.

Logging workouts is effortless. Simply select an exercise from the comprehensive library or create a custom movement, enter weight, sets, and reps, and the app calculates your estimated one-rep max. That value is immediately run through our ranking algorithm to update your position. Over time, you’ll see your progress on intuitive charts that show strength gains, one-rep-max trends, and consistency in your favorite lifts. Each chart can be filtered by date range, exercise type, or body-weight category, so you know exactly how much you’ve improved and what still needs work.

Behind the numbers, there’s a vibrant social layer. Follow friends to see their latest lifts, share your own updates, and leave encouragement. When someone tops a lift you’ve recorded, you’ll receive a notification so you can go one step further next time. You can challenge a friend directly: pick an exercise, set a deadline, and see who claims bragging rights. Friendly competition fuels accountability and keeps every training session engaging.

The app goes beyond lifting alone. Create and track personalized programs with built-in rest timers to keep your pace consistent between sets. Set weekly training goals—number of workouts, total tonnage lifted, or target one-rep max increases—and receive reminders when you fall behind or when you’re on track. Our algorithm also suggests auto-adjusted weight increases based on your recent performance, so you’re always working at the right intensity.

An extensive exercise library includes video demonstrations and coaching tips for form and safety. This app is good overall, but it is slow and has trouble loading things. It's not really worth downloading unless you get the premium version, but then again, there are better options.

We have fixed many of the loading issues that we have faced in the past, and we are constantly working on improving the app. We are working on adding even more free features, but for now, we try to keep the premium version affordable so anyone who wants it can get it. Only a decent app if you pay (possibly havent paid myself), 2 minute add before seeing youre strength score is insane.
