Ratings and reviews

In general I like the app. It seems fairly accurate, as far as weather prediction can be. My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions?

I keep getting notifications that there's rain in the forecast, open the app, and it shows blue skies for days. It also sends notifications of important weather events and after opening the app, there are none. Besides the bs notifications, overall, I find the screen way too busy with flashing ads to even locate the info I'm searching for. Uninstalling.

This has been my go-to weather app for YEARS! I bought the paid version of the app because I relied on it so much. It's been on at least the last 4 phones I've had... but on my last new phone it no longer recognizes my purchase and now, instead of a one-time purchase it wants a monthly subscription. Oh, well... let's see what other apps there are I guess, been a good run.
