Too many flaws. 1. If you are taking a call from your car, the transition from WiFi to Mobile data isn't smooth and results in a dropped call. It doesn't automatically reconnect. 2. Interestingly, when the call ends, it refuses to let go and keeps connecting back to the car audio. The only way to kill this is, is by turning off the Bluetooth. 3. If a scheduled meeting has over run, there's no option for participants to join or rejoin.

Terrible app. It would not work when my phone was locked. Turned out to be a battery saving setting on Samsung phone that was not allowing it to work when the phone was locked. This should have been sorted when installing the app. Sorted this out, then it would ring and I would press 'answer' but it would not work, or cut the call off. Terrible issues with sound - callers not being able to hear me, the list goes on...

Horrible app. I use it for phone calls thru my internet provider (Rogers). When I have a voice mail, it won't play the message. That is, this system won't play a .wav file that it created! When I tap on a caller, it opens a screen with a button to call the number that called me but nothing happens - it doesn't work. Incompetence. No response after several weeks = lost another star. It's one thing to be incompetent, but another thing not to care about quality.
