Ratings and reviews

This is by far the worst app I've ever used across all types of apps. It works 1 out of 3 times. You always get to the end of the order and encounter the issue and it says, "Something went wrong". I've contacted chat support and called with no improvements. If I'm doing a pick up at least they can scan your app so you can use your rewards. Surprising coming from Wendy.

App seems to be working again. Yay. Accrued points are supposed to be redeemable for menu items. Tried spending points but the app shows an error until the "free" item is removed. Edit: since I posted the above, I can't login to the app. I had an issue with McD's app but their response was to fix the problem.

Tried logging in. Didn't work. Tried creating an account. Didn't work. Tried a new email. Didn't work. Nothing on this app works. I ended up going somewhere else and deleting this not working app. edit. tried again. the app won't get past the terms and condition page. thought it would be good but guess I'm going somewhere else. Just tried again, made it to the pay now button and guess what. can't pay with anything because the app keeps freezing. more reasons to go somewhere else.
