The app crashes everytime I open it. Need to uninstall and reinstall - it works perfectly for the very first time after that and the moment I close the app and then reopen for second time, third time, and on and on for endless times.. it crashes and shuts down every single time. It was working just fine but have recently been troubling a lot. Please fix it.

My trade licence expired and WIO has essentially put my business on pause can’t send anything out, and every single incoming transaction just bounces back. Meanwhile, I have more than three other bank accounts not even digital banking!and everything there is running smoothly. It’s wild that one document can shut down an entire account and block payments that keep a business alive. I get compliance, but there has to be a smarter way than a total lockout. digital should mean flexibility

Warning! Do not attempt to open the account through the app, while opening the account through app you'll need to provide personal details like your email. After submitting your details, you will receive an error message saying, "Oops! Contact customer service," and your request will be denied. There’s no customer service info, and you can’t delete your app account, risking the sharing of your confidential information for ever to an unknown party, . Please be cautious!
