Seem good at the moment but there is no online help on the app. On the website took me ages to find the help and then it only for certain scenarios. Eventually raised a request and the answer was totally unrelated to question I asked. Automated too much! Bit awful there. Plus you can't see crypto prices in usd just shows them in gbp. You can't change it. Who looks at bitcoin price in gbp?

Really bad customer services team. No direct contact or way of speaking to a real person! They lock your account with no access to your money for weeks (sometimes months) with no explanation and never reply to requests to be resolved. Very stressful experience when you lose access thousands of pounds through no fault of your own. They don't want to know or help!!!

Nothing works in quite possibly the worst banking app i have ever used. Help doesn't work... Type in the first word press space bar go to type in next word and joins up with the first word ie... Type "How to cancel" what you get is "Howtocancel". This is just an example meaning can't get any form of help. My balance is far the worst, withdrew x amount and though amount was debited from my bank account, the balance shows as if i haven't withdrawn any money.
