I've been using Worry Tree/Luma for a few years after someone recommended it. It's refreshing to use an app that doesn't reward you for using it more. It's just there when you need it. The paid upgrades are really worth getting, I've found using the app has changed how I think about things day to day, so much so that I'm not sure how much longer I'll need to use it!
Thank you so much for your kind review - it means so much to me to know that Luma has helped and that you're getting to the point that you might not need to use it anymore! Of course, don't forget it's always there if you need it and we all have dips when we need a refresher, I do too! Best wishes, and thanks again Crystal. Louise (Founder of Luma)

The app is excellent. I've seen complaints about the cost, but it's not greed - far from it. Parts are totally free, and at roughly £15 per year, it's affordable for almost everyone in the UK. The business must have operating costs, so I'm happy to pay it. Perhaps there could be an option to sponsor the cost of someone who can't afford it. But yes, making CBT exercises digitally accessible transforms the effectiveness of the techniques for me.

Hi James, thank you so much for your kind words - it's so good to read that you're finding WorryTree effective for your CBT practices. I absolutely love your idea of providing an option to sponsor the cost of our app for someone who can't afford it and so we'll definitely be looking into how we might make that work. Best wishes, Louise (Founder)

Terrible, I downloaded the app, replied to email etc went into the app, was presented with the record worry text box which I spent some time writing down, it said something like swipe left to continue which I did, after that the text worry sections were greyed out and a subscription option appears, I don't have a problem with subs, however why let me waste my time entering a worry before displaying that, I can't even find what I've written now, I'm annoyed, I'll just delete the app and use notes

Hey Steve - I'm really sorry that you experienced this issue - you should have been given a seven day free trial of all the tools so that you could decide whether WorryTree is right for you and it sounds like you didn't get this. If you could email me directly at hello@worry-tree.com I'll share a 3-month free subscription. BW, Louise, Founder.
