the app was fine until recently it keep stop when i was keeping the camera app screen on in my phone. previously i can let it on until i wan to off it. not the device issue as the camera connection was fine (I've checked already) but is the app itself as it don't allow me to continue on the screen to monitor but will make me need keep on manually click on the screen every 5mins. already checked is not my phone setting issue as my other cctv/camera app are fine without the same issue.

absolutely terrible app don't bother with the product because the app just states device offline when its not.

very good app😊 we use it for our baby monitor. user friendly and Great support from TEC when needed 👍🏼
