Attempted a transfer from a UK bank account to a UPI address (India). Initially, the transaction looked like it would be quick. But then it said it was delayed. Later that day, I had a call from Xoom to verify the transaction. Once verified, I was told the transaction would take 2-3 working days. The money then left my account a couple of days later. However, it has still not arrived at its destination one month later. It feels like the money is lost.

Pretty useless app and service. Used to help a friend out who is stuck with no way to top her phone up and so I sent her £20 credit via the app and now the payment is taken from my bank but stuck in limbo. "Slight delay There's a slight delay with your transaction, but we're working on fixing the issue. Please check back." Is a load of rubbish excuse as why did they take the money if they can't perform the service promised. Total let down.

Extremely frustrating!!! Please make this app work smoother!!! Its so unnerving when u don't know if your moneys gone through or not!! Constantly gets stuck on the loading screen after pressing "send" on every occasion I have to tried to send money. And need to do transaction several times for it to work. it also always asks me to do things twice!! "Reason for sending" and security code I always seem to be directed to enter 2 - 3 times!!! Such an annoying process!!! FIX IT!!! ffs!!!
