The new update makes this app quite a bit worse. On the main page I can only see my savings account, rather than my main account (this seemingly can't be changed). This also means that whenever I scan a QR code, the wrong account is set as a default, so I have to spend a minute each time changing details. It's been around 6 months now like this, so I guess they aren't going to fix this either.

Payment by QR codes / pdf works well, and the customer support is very good so far. But I have two issues with the app. - Please let me hide all the balances in the app for privacy reasons. It's unsettling to merely open the app and show everyone around me the balances (e.g. when commuting). - I have a crash every single time I try to do a money transfer between accounts. Also, why can't we have screenshots? Edit: the first part has been fixed. It still crashes when using a non-stock keyboard.

"We are unable to process your request" error when selecting assest view. Data cleared app reinstalled an registered again. Poor support skills keeping me busy supporting their problem determination process instead of fixing the error introduced with recent release. 2nd custody account not visible anymore. Asset view filter not working. Really bad quality assurance testing and most importantly of al,l customer experience, for a financial institute of that size.
